MICHELIN STAR CHEF STÉPHANE CARBONE will display his unique skills for four days from June 24-27 at VIE Hotel Bangkok.

He is chef and owner of Stéphane Carbone Restaurant in Caen, Normandy, has served Queen Elizabeth, President Obama, former French President Nicolas Sarkozy and President Putin at the ceremony marking the  60th and 70th anniversary of the D-Day Ceremony landings. His style is perfect balance.

Chef Carbonne’s five-course meal starts with Royal lobster bisque, coconut milk foam and pistachio-crusted duck foiegras and cherry jelly, beetroot ice cream, and includes roasted sea bass steak, espuma of wasabi potatoes, chorizo foam and veal baked at low temperature, polenta with flower of thyme, cream of sweet cider, and ends with half sphere of meringue, caramel cream and whipped vanilla cream, apple chips.

The five course set dinner is priced at 5,000 THB per person and the dinner with wine paring, 7,000 THB a person.

Dinner is served at 7 p.m.
